UserReplay helps to optimise the online channel by identifying, diagnosing and fixing barriers to conversion. UserReplay identifies all the main categories of conversion barriers: Usability problems, confusing business logic, technical problems, and performance problems. UserReplay also enables these problems to be prioritised by analysing their impact on conversion and sales. The solution also helps resolve customer disputes, re-market to abandoned baskets and prevent fraud.
Headquartered in Reading, UK, User Replay is a Venture Capital backed start-up company founded in 2009 by Phil Smith, our CTO. John Thompson joined the company as CEO in January 2013. John has held CEO, MD and Non-Executive board positions in 6 successful technology companies, and was previously User Replay's Chairman. Chris Barling a main board Director of FTSE100 Hargreaves Landsdown, is the company's new Chairman. The company is also backed by some of the UK's most influential business angels, who have previously backed success stories including Zoopla, LoveFilm, Shazam and Betfair.
User Replay is headquartered near London in Reading, UK. Reading is in the heart of the Thames Valley, which in known as Europe's Silicon Valley. Being a UK company our costs are lower than they would be in the USA, and this is reflected in our attractive pricing.
In today's digital world geography is less important. We often meet and present to prospective customers, install and deliver the software, and both provide support and services to customers over the Internet. Our software does not require weeks of professional services, and we can configure it and train you online, in hours or at most a few days.
We understand that the USA is the world's most important software market and have spent much of our careers crisscrossing North America. When appropriate we are more than happy to meet our US clients in person. London is only 2 hours further from New York than Southern California.
We trade in US dollars and are happy to contract under the laws of any US State. We even speak pretty good English!
