Customer Success Consultant, N.America

Location: New Jersey, USA

UserReplay  is looking to hire a highly motivated and talented Customer Success Consultant who will be a key member of the team who deliver value to User Replay’s growing roster of US customers. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Customer Success, N.America, and will become an important player in a growing team of UserReplay solutions experts. This role provides outstanding scope for career growth in an exciting and dynamic software start-up environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work independently, or as part of a team of peers, to implement software solutions for User Replay’s customers – from requirement capture through to final delivery of the solution
  • Plan, develop, test and document UserReplay implementations
  • Train customers on administration and use of UserReplay software
  • Provide business analysis of the results generated by UserReplay to enable customers to take relevant action
  • Deliver focused proof of concept projects that help to communicate the value of the UserReplay software to potential customers.

Preferred Skills/Work Experience:

  • Working knowledge/development experience in HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL/MySQL and other web technologies
  • 2-3 years of web development experience
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux is preferred
  • Experience of customer experience management solutions, such as Clicktale, IBM Tealeaf etc. would be a real plus
  • Experience of Web Analytics solutions such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, WebTrends or other web optimization technologies is desirable 
  • Proven success in problem solving in a methodical fashion
  • Relevant and proven experience in a customer facing role is desirable 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Readiness to travel when required

Business Development Executive – Inside Sales, N.America

Location: New Jersey, USA

 As a result of continuing growth, UserReplay is seeking a new inside sales person to join its growing US sales team.

The Inside Sales Executive is key to of our US growth and expansion’ strategy.  Their role is to introduce UserReplay products and solutions to new prospects. He or she will establish relationships with customers and executive sponsors in order to schedule time with our outside Sales team. They’ll work hand in hand with the Sales team, and will be responsible for net new revenue creation from new customers.

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Drive growth through outreach emails and phone calls with a focus on setting appointments for our outside Sales Team
  • Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with them
  • Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline
  • Educate potential clients about the strengths of UserReplay solutions
  • Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in SalesForce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
  • Coordinates sales efforts with Sales and Account Management
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative on what is needed to set appointments for Sales and to close deals
  • Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately
  • Receives and takes action on feedback for continual professional improvement and development
  • Takes measures to enhance body of knowledge and skill set through training

The Candidate:

The candidate needs to be intelligent and articulate with a strong work ethic. They need to have excellent communication skills over the phone and in writing. They must be able to articulate the benefits of a high-end enterprise software solution to senior decision makers, and deal effectively with customer queries and objections. The role involves cold calling, and the candidate needs to be able to do this confidently, and be robust and energetic enough to maintain good call rates. Some experience of an inside sales role is preferred as is a graduate level education. However, the characteristics of the candidate are as, if not more, important than their experience. 

 


 

DevOps Engineer

Location: Reading, UK

UserReplay is looking for a DevOps engineer who is capable of managing, supporting and enhancing our On Premise and SaaS Customer Experience Management platform. Someone who will step up and understands the pressures of managing a 24/7 system. The existing team is growing and we want to add people who share the same drive and get the same pleasure of doing not just a good job (we have no space for the run of the mill people) but doing a great job properly.

Technical Skills:

  • Hosting Platforms – AWS, Azure (EC2, EBS, S3, Route 53 etc)
  • Linux – Centos and RedHat and some Debian/Ubuntu
  • OpsCode Chef deployment
  • Zabbix and Icinga experience
  • Security assessment.
  • Databases such as MySQL and MariaDB
  • Filesystems such as ZFS, BTRFS, EXT3 and EXT4

 


C Linux Developer

Location: Reading, UK

UserReplay is looking for an ambitious and talented C Linux developer.  You will be working as part of a cross-discipline team enhancing and extending the current UserReplay solution as well as a number of greenfield developments.

Location: Reading, UK

UserReplay is looking for a QA with an established track record or an ambitious Web Tester with Automation experience. You will be working as part of a cross-discipline team enhancing and extending the current UserReplay solution as well as a number of greenfield developments. You will also have the opportunity to hire a new team around yourself as the company grows and expands.
