31st May 2016, Reading, UK – UserReplay, the digital customer experience management expert, is excited to announce it has received the ‘Make ME Digital on the Inside’ award at the inaugural Accenture Consumer Innovation Awards at the Millennial 20/20 Summit in London.
The awards were set up to recognize companies that are enhancing customer experience and personalization, increasing sales revenue, improving product sourcing and delivery, and enabling a more digital workforce.
The Accenture Consumer Innovation Awards received more than 130 global entries. UserReplay was one of 16 shortlisted companies invited to pitch to an exclusive panel of judges including representatives from Argos, Dixons, Specsavers and Tesco.
The ‘Make ME Digital on the Inside’ award category was looking for companies that help brands to be as digital as their customers and empower them with the information to optimize conversions. UserReplay gives businesses complete visibility of the customer journey. This insight enables the prioritization of issues to resolve based on the financial impact fixing the issue would have. The solution ultimately improves conversion rates, helps to resolve technical and usability issues more quickly, recover lost customers and prevent fraud.
