June 3 2014, Reading, Berkshire: Customer Experience Management (CEM) software startup, UserReplay has appointed Munich based Neos Ventures as distributor for Germany and Austria as part of a growth strategy to expand into the pan-European e-commerce market.

Neos is highly experienced in the CEM market, based in Germany and working with major clients across the world. UserReplay will now form the underlying platform for the Neos CEM practice.
UserReplay is used by businesses with a high volume of e-commerce transactions. It lets you record, re-run and analyse every visitor’s journey through a website, to enable conversion barriers to be identified and resolved.
