The Container Store is the original and leading retailer of storage and organization products, offering more than 10,000 innovative and multifunctional solutions designed to simplify their customers’ lives. The retailer has nurtured an employee-first culture since its inception in 1978, and couples its one-of-a-kind product collection with a high level of customer service.

The challenge

The Container Store had previously been using a competitive product for session replay. It had, however, proved increasingly unreliable and cumbersome, and the fidelity of the playback was limited. It was also installed on-premise, which meant it was complex to manage within the existing architecture.
